    Dr. Erica Pounds has been with Banfield Pet Hospital since 2011 and has had the amazing privilege of being Chief of Staff at Clarksville since 2017. She completed her undergraduate studies at Mississippi State University and then went on graduate from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in 2011. Dr. Pounds is passionate about preventive medicine and enjoys internal medicine and dermatology cases as well.     Dr. Sarah Lundquist graduated from Cornell University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2017. She has been a member of the Banfield team since 2019. Dr. Lundquist is especially interested in Opthalmology and small animal joint health. Her two dogs and two cats have had many surprise examinations!     Dr. Melissa “Missy” Fancher has been with the Clarksville team since graduating from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in 2013. She and her husband have a house full with 3 dogs, 4 cats, and a beautiful fish tank. When not at work, Dr. Fancher is busy playing super mom to her 2 children and testing out new recipes.     Dr. Morgan Proctor grew up in Springfield, TN. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University before earning her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in 2012. Go Vols! She has worked in small animal practice for 7 years before joining the team at Banfield. Dr. Proctor's passion is educating clients on preventative care and how to keep their pets happy and healthy.     Veterinarian

    Dr Nancy Rice was raised on a farm in Franklin, Ky and from the age of 5 wanted to be a veterinarian. She enjoyed horse judging and veterinary science projects while participating in 4-H in Simpson County. She attended Western Kentucky University for three years and finished with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science at Auburn University. She graduated from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1991 where she had been involved with parasitology research, the colic team and wound healing research. Her family spent 17 years traveling the world with the Air Force where she worked in England, Washington state, New Mexico and Georgia before settling in Warren County Ky in 2006. More Details >>
